By downloading, installing, or using Teen Patti Poker App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Virtual Currency

The App uses virtual chips for both Teen Patti and Poker gameplay. These chips:

• Have no real monetary value
• Can be used in both games
• Cannot be exchanged for real money
• Are non-transferable and non-refundable

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software in either game
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to exploit the dual-game system
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software for both Teen Patti and Poker, is owned by us or our licensors.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations. Upon termination, you will lose access to both games and all virtual items.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service for either game.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
